Education in Russia: apply for 2022-2023 enrollment
From 1 September to 1 November 2021, New Zealand citizens, stateless persons and Russian compatriots residing on the territory of New Zealand (not permanently registered in the Russian Federation with effect from 1 September 2021) are eligible to register for participation in the State Scholarship Contest for applicants willing to enroll at Russian universities in the academic year 2022/2023 to study within the budget quota by the Russian Government.
